Terms of Service

Effective date: May 29, 2026. These terms apply to the SingMyLine service.

1. Service Provider

Service name: SingMyLine. Operator: Trencsán Tamás, sole entrepreneur. Trading name: Csali.eu.

Registered office and mailing address: HU-9029 Győr, Külső Bácsai út 16, Hungary.

Tax number: 68855525-1-28. EU VAT number: HU68855525. Sole entrepreneur registry number: 52349571.

2. Service

SingMyLine uses artificial intelligence to create short multilingual songs and optional social media videos from text, language, style, mood, and video prompts provided by the user.

3. Registration and Account

Generation requires registration. Users must provide a working email address, keep their password confidential, and remain responsible for activity carried out through their account.

By ticking the acceptance box during registration, the user accepts these Terms of Service and acknowledges the Privacy Notice. If these terms change materially, the provider may require renewed acceptance before further use.

4. Credit System

Song and video generation uses credits. The current credit prices are shown on the pricing page and in the admin pricing settings. Prices may change, but already completed purchases keep the credit amount confirmed at the time of purchase.

5. Payment

Payments may be processed through Stripe when live provider keys are configured. Stripe's own terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment flow.

Package prices are shown before any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Hungarian billing addresses are handled without VAT under the operator's Hungarian small taxpayer VAT exemption. For other billing countries, Stripe Checkout calculates applicable taxes from the customer's billing details and tax IDs where tax collection is required.

6. Storage, Download, and Sharing

Free or test-credit songs can be played on the SingMyLine page, but direct audio downloads and ad-free direct audio sharing require active paid storage. Paid package storage periods are shown in the package description.

Admins may download and directly share any created content for moderation, support, testing, or promotional purposes.

7. User Content

Users must not submit illegal, hateful, harassing, privacy-infringing, child-harming, copyright-infringing, or rights-infringing content. Users must not request imitation of a real artist, celebrity, or recognizable person's voice.

Songs marked public may appear in the public gallery, where registered users may react to them.

Users are responsible for the prompts they submit and for reviewing generated songs and videos before publishing, downloading, sharing, advertising, or commercial use. Users must not use generated output if they know or reasonably suspect that it infringes another person's copyright, trade mark, personality rights, privacy, or other rights.

8. Moderation

The provider may hide or delete public content if it is illegal, infringes rights, causes technical issues, or conflicts with the intended use of the service.

Public song share pages include a reporting form. Reports should describe the relevant legal or safety concern clearly enough for review.

After a valid report or internal review, the provider may make content private, delete it, or restrict a user account where necessary.

9. AI Results

The quality, accuracy, language naturalness, repeatability, and exact musical structure of AI-generated songs and videos cannot be fully guaranteed. SingMyLine aims to follow the selected settings, but generative models are probabilistic.

AI-generated output may be non-unique. Different users may receive similar lyrics, melodies, rhythms, scenes, visual elements, or video results, and an output may accidentally resemble an existing work, person, place, performance, or style. SingMyLine does not knowingly authorize infringement and does not guarantee that generated output is unique, copyright-clear, suitable for every commercial purpose, or free from third-party claims.

If a user receives or finds output that appears too similar to a protected work, a real person, or other protected material, the user should not publish or commercially use it and should report it through the public report form or by email.

10. Liability

The service is a creative AI tool. Users are responsible for ensuring that their prompts and their use of generated content are lawful, including any public, advertising, social media, or commercial use.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for user prompts, user publication choices, or third-party claims arising from the user's unlawful or rights-infringing use of generated content.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Credit purchases are delivered to the user's account after successful payment. Generation starts when the user spends credits on a song or video request. Because generated songs and videos are custom digital content, spent credits are generally not refundable after generation starts, except where required by law or where SingMyLine fails to deliver the requested generation because of a technical or provider error.

If a video generation fails because of a provider or technical error, the system may automatically return the video generation credits. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
